You must remember that it is against the law to take a unmarried woman (to you) to your hotel room. Also if you are found to have had sex with a lady (who is not your wife) you can be arrested. a heavy fine and deported from the country,

Surely you could go to Cambodia or any where else without such strict laws against sexpats!

I do not know about your question ,only the law as posted at the Embassy in Vientiane Laos.
