Trump Shares Edited Video Portraying King Charles as Uncaring

Featured Replies

US President Donald Trump has shared an edited video on social media that appears to depict King Charles shrugging off a man who fainted during a royal visit.

The clip, posted on Trump’s Truth Social account, forms part of a wider montage that presents other leaders as behaving disrespectfully while highlighting Trump’s own actions. Alongside references to world leaders, it includes scenes of Trump honouring fallen US troops, hugging veterans and shaking hands with law-enforcement officers.

Edited Royal Footage

The portion featuring Charles was taken from a longer recording from 2020, when he was Prince of Wales and visited an Asda supermarket distribution centre in Bristol during the Covid pandemic in July 2020.

In the edited video Trump shared, Charles appears to walk away after the man collapses. However, the full footage shows Charles reaching out as the man fell and staying close while he received medical attention. Trump’s version cuts out the part in which the King remains by the worker.

Buckingham Palace said it was not something it would comment on. The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

Labour Day Montage

Trump posted the three-minute video on the US Labor Day holiday. It opens with footage of French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, with a guardsman appearing to collapse behind him.

The Truth Social montage also shows former President Joe Biden apparently checking his watch during a military repatriation ceremony. It includes footage of former President Barack Obama stepping off the Marine One helicopter and saluting US marines while holding a paper cup.

The sequence then moves through further clips of Trump, including him picking up a US marine’s cap, saluting at a repatriation ceremony and comforting the families of fallen soldiers.

During some of the segments, on-screen captions appear, including phrases such as “the side of Trump the media doesn’t show you” and “the people’s president”. Music from Christina Perri’s A Thousand Years plays throughout the video.

Trump Cites Friendship With Charles

The video adds to Trump’s repeated public comments about his relationship with Charles. Trump has said he has a “great relationship” with the King and described him as “the greatest king in my book” following the King and Queen’s state visit to the United States in April.

Trump's latest outpouring is a nit rich - circulatinh a chopped‑up video implying Charles walked away from a collapsing worker.

Anyone who’s seen the full footage knows the King stayed with the man until medics arrived.

What Trump doesn’t mention is his own Oval Office episode when a

guest fainted behind him during a drug‑pricing event. The room panicked, staff rushed in, and Trump mostly stood there looking confused while others handled it. That clip didn’t get the soft‑focus music treatment.

It's the king, not the ginger stepchild.

1688/9 English Bill of Rights!

And that is in which way related to the King caring for Muslim UK citizens?

Does anybody seriously think Trump sits there editing videos of Charles? It's obviously his team of social media monkeys who posts this. People take this too seriously.

The British throne was offered under those conditions.

Islam is a foreign ecclesiatical or spititual authority.

So Charles has forsaken his right to rule.

Of course it isn't Trump himself, as he is even too dumb to change his own pampers. It is his media team that takes orders from him

Never been any right to freedom of religion in the UK

The throne was created (after Cromwell) to defend the Anglican Church (aka CoE)

Catholics were (and still are) prohibited from being Prime Minister in the UK.

Which is why Tony Blair converted to Catholicism after standing down as PM.

And you claim I am stupid?

And he never bombed anyone either, other people do that and he probably never ever posted anything and just gives the ok.

Freedom of religion or belief: why it matters

The right to adopt a religion or belief, to practise it without hindrance, to share your faith and to change your religion or beliefs are all key freedoms that everyone should be able to enjoy. The UK government is committed to defending freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) for all and promoting respect between different religious and non-religious communities.

Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) is a human right which has been guaranteed under international law within the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) since 1966. Article 18 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that ‘everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion’.

What FoRB is

FoRB is not just the freedom to hold personal thoughts and convictions, but also being able to express them individually or with others, publicly or in private. It includes the freedom to:

Showing your ignorance again jonny?

is someone who is against muslims a racist

AI Overview

Being against Muslims is widely considered a form of racism or bigotry because it treats a diverse group of people as if they share fixed, negative traits based on their appearance or background. [1]

Why It Is Linked to Racism

  • Islam is a religion, not a race. Anyone of any race can be a Muslim.

  • Targeting people by looks. People who oppose Muslims often judge individuals by their skin color, clothing, names, or ethnic background.

  • Hurting non-practicing people. People who do not practice Islam are still targeted if others think they look or act Muslim. [1, 2]

Not content to insert off topic Muslims/Islam into the discussion you now add off topic racism.

And Trump will surely fire them for making posts with an edited video smearing the head of state of a key US ally, under his own name!

Oh wait! 😆

Well, until you can produce the specific order from Trump where he asked his team to edit a video with Charles clearly Trump is innocent of all charges. I strongly suspect Trump didn't even know that video existed.

Indeed, the BBC's lawyers are no doubt taking note.

That’s not a strong endorsement of his mental acuity if doesn’t know the video exists but post nevertheless. Trump does display at times that he don’t know where he or the name of the person in front of him.

No, CallumWK did that, Higgot. Read slowly.

Typical AI Woke slop. Gemini, I presume. 😄

Islam is a religion. Muslims (followers of Islam) can be any race. Dislike of Muslims has nothing to do with race therefore it is not racism.

Sit in a quiet room and think about it for 30 minutes.
