ezzra
Today was told by a Thai realty agent that the government announce that starting next year there will be significant reductions in some of the taxes payable when selling/buying a property in Thailand,, any body heard such declaration from creditable source? cheeryble
It's happened before. Unfortunately I think that like giving rebates on cars it interferes with market dynamics and whilst the reduction period will stimulate sales there will be a corresponding rebound down afterwards.

Though whether it stays in the amphor or goes upstairs to central govt or soemthing in between I don't know.
PattayaPhom
They have befor the same as offering free visas to stimulate the economy, however at present I would think your agent speaks in a soft voice and is from China
