96tehtarp
Non-O visa now expired but still have 80 days remaining on "admitted until" date. Can I apply for a 12 month extension based on marriage with the expired visa and within the remaining 80 days? Thanks. ubonjoe
You can apply for and extension of stay during the last 30 days of your entry. The visa being expired means nothing.
Lite Beer
Yes. During the final 30 days of your permission to stay.
IMA_FARANG
Yes. During the final 30 days of your permission to stay. ---------------------------- I absolutely agree .... but although it should be obvious ..... I must add the following..... If you meet the financial and paperwork requirements for the married extension. I know that should be obvious, but sometimes that small point gets ignored by hopeful posters. I'll assume that's not the case this time.
OJAS
Believe you can apply 45 days ahead of time if you live in Bangkok or Pattaya.
