I would like to buy a condo in Chiang Mai

I have a work permit

I would like to put down an initial lump sum and then pay the rest off every month

Is this possible?

Can someone with condo purchasing experience explain to me how it all works

If it has already been built then i assume you can negotiate with the seller. If it is in construction then it's normal to pay instalments during construction then the balance on completion.
