Tennis Elbow/golfers Elbow

I live in Pattaya and I have been suffering on and off for 6 months with tennis elbow (don't play tennis), I have had 2 Cortisone injections in that period and the symptoms have returned again.

My question is, does anybody know of a good doctor or sports specialist/therapist either locally or in Bangkok who knows what they are doing and can help in treatment and prevention. The doctors in Bangkok-Pattaya hospital are clueless.

Any help would be appreciated, as I wish to get back to playing golf asap.

There is an elbow brace available at most drug stores for about 250B-400B. Buy one and wear it everytime you swing a golf club at the range or on the links.

Your pain will go away and it wont be a bother any more. Worked for me and several friends experiencing the same problem.

I had a doctor fix this for me in one day. Hang your bad arm down at your side with the palm out

With yr other hand, clasp on to your "bad" hand and bend the wrist - bringing the bad palm towards the bad elbow. You want to feel a stretch in yr forearm. Before this the pain in my elbow could wake me up from a deep sleep and would just come and go at any time.
