I can hear the sirens from Victory Monument and see a pretty large plume of smoke. Just curious what's up - I can't find anything on Twitter or here or the other usual sources. Even Richard Barrow has not posted about it yet, which means it may not have happened!

My neighborhood around prachachuen in the bangsue district, about 3 km north of the elephant building experienced a total black out for many blocks at around 6:14pm

Then I hear fire trucks after fire trucks racing to our neighborhood. Apparently an out of control fire that already consumed several shop houses in a residential area..
