Broken blender

Featured Replies

Sorry to bother all about such a trivial thing, but I knocked my blender container onto the tile and it broke.

TEFAL brand, bought in Thailand, but can't remember where.

I hate to buy a whole new outfit as the motor is still good.

Any advice on obtaining the part?

Thanks.

I purchased my Tefal blender from Home Pro in Nakhon Sawan, try there ( any Home Pro should carry it), I do not know if they sell parts, maybe you can find out where you can!

Good Luck

Forget it. Even in Europe brands like Tefal have low spare part availability and the price would make you wince.

Pretty much guaranteed it will be cheaper to buy a new unit.

Most definitely so if you put any value on your time.

If you're a retiree with tons of time on your hands and this sort of project makes you happy then of course go for it. . .

only chance the op.might have is go to tefal direct.couldnt get an electrolux part from home pro even after waiting 3months.

or easier still get a new one.nothing lasts more than 18months here. there was a thread started awhile back on goods that dont last.

I agree.

I bought the most expensive model telfa blender about one year ago, hoping it would be of better than average Thai quality.

In less than six months the motor burned out!

Now, I wish I had saved the the rest of it,

could have given it to the op!

After living with me in the USA for six years, my wife now refers to the quality of things sold in Thailand as "Dollar Store Quality".

Dollar Store, where everything cost one dollar, and nothing there is worth it!

TEFA: is KRUPS (at least here).

Try Central for advice.

Can't be dithering aboot forever.

I want my smoothie NOW!

I guess I'll have a spare motor...maybe a good thing.
