Any constructive advice or criticism regarding living in Condo One X located on Sukhumvit Soi 26? I'm thinking of leasing or purchasing a condo there.

Ooh dear.. I had a shocking experience there. But mainly due to Landlord from Hell. The juristic are very nosy too, every time I had a maintenance person come into the condo it was like they checked out everything and reported back. If you want to pm me I'll tell you more (in the unlikely coincidence that you'd be renting from the same landlord or something)
