Bought an unlocked Android phone in Philippines. Do I need to change any settings to use Thai SIM? I had to on my Windows phone last time in LOS - a setting to tell it all numbers are +66. Don't see that in Android settings.

    That sort of thing is determined by the SIM's home network.

    just save all numbers always with the correct country code and a + in front, and you won't have a problem in any country ever.
