givenall
I am trying to pay my electric bill using Kbank bill payment and I have a contract number which is 8 digit and the bank is asking for a 9 digit. Anyone know which is my contract number (see attached file) 1509-26.pdf
thrawn60
I believe that you can't pay your electrical bill with the Kbank app or online as this only supports bill payments from MEA (Metropolitan Electrical Agency or so I think it's called) Out side Bangkok you are under PEA (Provincial Electrical Agency) and thus need to travel to a 7-11 or another counter service place to pay the bill. I talked to Kasikorn bank about adding my electrical bill to automatic payment from my account as many house owners to that here ,but they said that it was not possible with PEA yet, and only supported the MEA payments, why it can't be paid I have no idea, but it's the last bill on my list missing as well, and I faithfully trod down to the 7-11 each month to pay this. johnnyk
I've been paying mine directly from K-Bank for 6 or 7 years. The bank will give you a form that you fill out and take to the electric office and you bring a copy back to your bank. Maybe the person who served you didn't know, that wouldn't be the first time a bank employee didn't know what they should know.
balo
But it would have been much easier if you could use Kasikorn online to pay the bill , just like with dtac and other companies.
