Best visa service company? Lao tourist visa run

Hey! I need to do a visa run from Bangkok to Lao and get a single entry tourist visa. Which company do you recommend and how much should I normally pay?

Go there on a nice big bus and go back on a nice slow train with beer and stay in a nice hotel where you can do what you want for the same cost. Done it a dozen times. I love going there now. And you can arrive on a Tuesday when it's not so busy.

I've done it in a van once and i would never, never, never NEVER do it again.
