Creating a business plan and need data

I am writing a business plan and need the following data.

* Condominiums in pattaya.

- How many,

- sizes

- year built

- currently building

- planned

* Foreigners

- Stay less than a month in a condo

- Full time

- Periodically

- Own or Rent

This data must be somewhere but is it possible to get it? If it is where can i get it from?

I guess planning dept, would hold info on condos built. Go about it the Thai way, find out who the no1 guy is there, take him for lunch, pass the envelope, and you will get the info....The other info would be tricky to get....

Not a problem. You could do the extensive research by yourself, or hire an expensive marketing research company, or try to get the information here for free.

I did just ask were to get the info pal, didnt ask any troll pro like you to do the research for me.

For others out there that might be intressted where to find similair info.

Pattaya condo guide has a report that is mostly based on colliers where you can find alot more.
