And yes, due to gross inefficiency they now only have Pinklao and Bang Na in BKK issuing passports. AND you have to go in person and they claim they will post will post back within 10days. chefseph Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 just called and can confirm they are open from Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 4.30pm. Very helpful young lady speaks good english.
