Or I should say *104*21*9#, adding a "*9" before the # of any USSD code gives you an English-language response - thanks Iamotopo!), hence my query as to whether it was across-the-board. It is called dtac double net. Valid for 6 months. ah! a limited (though half a year isn't very limiting) push against the competition, then.
