it is being said WP will no longer be obtainable on a multi entry B Visa, but only on single entry.

(Not sure how this would work, how are you supposed to do border stamp runs, but....)

Is it true and is it so for a new WP, or extension, or both?

I have heard of nor read of any changes. A far as I know you can still get a work permit with a multiple entry visa.

You can be sure if it was true we would of seen it on this forum.

I suspect it is just an unfounded rumor.
