advancebooking
Hi there campers... Have you ever been camping at Khong Chiam near the Laos border? Is it a fine option for camping? Is it possible to make a camp fire and cook meals? If so should we take our own fire wood? Any good advice is appreciated. Looking at the map now, the Pha Tam National park is close by. Have you been there. Is it worth a visit? cheers
sezzo
Pha Taem is worth a look. There are a number of walks to do around the park including one under a cliff which shows the very old hand paintings. Great views on top of the cliff. There is a camping ground not far from the entrance to the park. Don't know the costs but Im sure the rangers at the park entrance will let you know.
