I have the green book, copy of his passport, copy of id card from the previous tha owner. Is that enough? Do I need a residence certificate? Langsuan Man Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 (edited) You can buy it without any documentation But to register it you will need the Green book and a Residency Certificate issued by either Immigration (cheap) or your Embassy (expensive).
