Ubik
I have a problem in my new condo so I'm moving in a new one after only a month in the place. I called True to ask them to transfer my ADSL account to my new address and new phone number. Surprisingly they cannot do such a thing, and they asked me to terminate my contract and to apply for a new one. It p... me off, but I said Ok, ready to wait 10 more days without Internet. But they want me to pay 2000 BAHT because I didn't fullfill my one-year contract!!! All I want to do is to transfer my connexion on another phone number. Does anyone encounter the same problem? Is there something I can do? Paying 2000 baht to close a contract after only 2 weeks, and to just open the exact same contract again, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
alexth
Try their office again with a thai speaking person, I'm sure it can be sorted out. Had a friend in the same situation but there were no problems transfering his account
lopburi3
You did not mention if you have a TRUE telephone number in the same name at the new location that you provided them to transfer this account to.
