DHL or UPS? Where and How Much?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I need to get a letter to the Uk by next weekend. It would be a small package but does anybody know;

a. Where is a DHL/UPS branch?

b. Could they do what is wanted by next weekend?

c. Roughly, how much will it cost?

I'm near Sukhumvit so that would be preferable to the Silom area.

Any advice would be well appreciated.

Thanks

Check online websites for location. 1200-1500 baht min for letter / very small package.

DHL 0.5 kg letter to mainland UK is just over 1000 baht (1059.30 baht).

If they want more than that just question them again as in my experience they sometimes pull numbers out of the air.

Had to pay nearly twice that for Channel Islands and am still not sure if that was the correct amount.

I have just sent off a letter ( " hello magazine size " ) lol by DHL from the Pattaya DHL office to the UK. It took exactly 2 days to get there and the cost was 1060 baht.

The Lady in the DHL office was " bloody miserable " but the DHL service was excellent!!!! ( very impressed )clap2.gif

Just call DHL and they will come pick up, no need to trail to their office.

If you are in Sukhumvit area, there is a DHL counter in Emporium which you can use
