In general, there are not performing many "on tour" international pop / jazz artists and bands. Maybe because it's not like Europe with restricted travel distances and a huge number of concert halls.

There are many place to go, but mostly it is only mainstream entertainment. Options are limited it is or a bar / restaurant with a cover band or the lounge bars of the upscale hotels. Both will have fixed schedules.
