Honest Baht Bus driver returns lost bag to the delight of its Scottish owner.

A nice story now from the studios of a local radio station based at Mike Shopping Mall in South Pattaya. Mr. Arthur Campbell aged 56 from Scotland hired a Baht Bus from Pattaya Park in Jomtien to Soi Beokeow in South Pattaya. The Baht bus number was 218 and it was driven by Khun Wichien aged 47. Mr. Campbell arrived at his destination; however as the bus left he realized that he had left a bag on the seat.

What made Mr. Campbell more concerned was the fear of losing the contents of the bag which contained a silver necklace worth more than 2 Million Baht. Mr. Campbell decided to make an appeal on the radio station and it wasn’t long until the driver of the bus came forward with the lost bag and its contents. Khun Surat, the Managing Director of Mikes Shopping Mall came to oversee the return of the bag to the lucky Scottish tourist by the Baht Bus Driver who was well compensated for his honesty.

My sentiments exactly. $50,000+ for a silver chain? GTFOH! :D

Silver was the colour of the necklace; so it must have actually been platinum; so that would be about a nice 40 ounze platinum chain. A 1 kilo chain.

Yes you could be right libya 115.....that would equate to approx 1300 US dollars an ounze, which is the current price for platinum. :o

Yes brit I am agreeing with you.....it looks like black onyx and could be a seal.

Unless it`s a very rare hereditary Campbell heirloom??....but it does look to have a modern claw setting.
