mania
nice bike. wonder how much they will go here in Thailand. Dont know LL but they would need to price similar to Honda to be competitive. Looks similar spec'ed Meaning conventional forks, 4 cyl, steel frame etc. Honda has the nicer swingarm for sure. This one looks wimpy for a 600 swingarm That can under the bike? exhaust collector or cat....same like the Honda 650 I saw at BW here. They sure are getting big & low with those it seems. nikster
Hmm... I guess they're celebrating the Japan FTA which means import taxes from Japan are 0 next year?? MT-09 should be interesting price-wise... R1 should be around the same price as the imported Honda CBR1000RR, ~600 k or so?! FZ6R looks good IMO
BSJ
The Triwheeler should be popular with the physically challenged if it's priced right. A lot of people could use that instead of those little ATV 4x4's.

Unfortunately Yamaha announced that prices won't change for another 3 years. They have plans to realse 12 new bikes over the 3 years and expect to reach 0% percent tax by the end of it. There were talks that Yamaha would open an assembly plant here but again, it has been knocked back for another 3 years. What they did say is the tax rate would drop incrementally to 0%.over the course of the next 3 years.
