I used them in 2008 and 2009, good service and never had a problem.

They are terribly expensive! I e-mailed them, they did reply to my e-mail within 15 minutes with a long reply in perfect English, but they said the starting price is 400 baht PER WEEK to store anything larger than a suitcase. They said they had "backpacker storage" which is 200 baht per week for any item the size of a regular suitcase or smaller. I still think 200 baht a week (800 a month) is a lot to store a suitcase, but for the bicycle I wanted to store, 400 baht per week (1600 PER MONTH!!) is very expensive indeed. That's over $49 a month! When I was using storage facilities in California a few years ago, I got a decent sized unit for about $25 a month. BKK Self Storage are charging double that for a tiny unit that can barely hold a bicycle. There must be some more economical solutions available in BKK if you look around!

I agree, a little pricey, but you're not in California. I don't need storage space now, but at the time I looked around and didn't see a good alternative. Maybe it would be good to start a competing business.
