I believe if I have a work permit I don't need to supply any further proof of address. So do I need to have my work permit amended to show my home address? Check towards the rear of the WP. That's where you put your address. The employers address is normally in the book because it's where you work. I don't think your address in the book is really a priority for the Labor Office. Your home address is at the top of page 4 in the Blue WP4 Booklet and the company/work address is on page 7.
