does anyone know if the office to renew Thai passports is till operating looking at the government crack down?

and is it still located at Central Bangna (carpark)

anyone been to the passport office lately in Bkk?

The main office is not operational, but the two other offices (inlcuding Bangna) are operting at limited capacity.

Believe Bangna moved from carpark to one of the upper floors.

Passport office at Central BangNa is on the the 5th floor. There have been many reports of large crowds there since the CW office is closed.

would it be as bad as the office in Pattaya where people seem to be lining up at 1am to get into the process?

problem in Pattaya is that they do a limited amount of request so people seem to be lineing up from 1am to be in line opening time at 7.30am???

Huge crowd.

Sitting there now.

Wife waited two and half hours and has just received queue number # 828 (they started with # 1).
