Yes, I heard this too. Apparently they have a mark up on the ticket so earn a certain amount based on each ticket they sell.

If they don't sell them they own them.

AHH, they buy them ,so now i can understand why some do and some don't offer a Price Package Deal when Lottery Day nears. Thanks for the info.coffee1.gif
