Multiple Entry and 90 day reporting

Featured Replies

A quick question.

I am intending to apply for a multiple entry non-imm O visa for a year. I understand that I will need to report every 90 days.

If I leave Thailand and re-enter say after 2 months, does that reset the 90 day clock for reporting (i.e. then need to report again only 3 months after latest re-entry)?

Many thanks in advance.

A multiple entry non-o visa from a embassy or consulate requires you to leave the country every 90 days not report to immigration.

Are you applying for a visa or an extension of stay from immigration with a multiple re-entry permit?

Ninety day reports are only needed if you stay in the country 90 says or more. If you leave the report is due 90 days from the date of entry.

As said. Each entry would give you up to 90 days each time.

You would then have to leave the country after 90 days and return to get another 90.
