There was / is a lady dentist on Soi 5, on your right if heading down Soi 5 towards Jomtien beach. Kind of half way down the row of shop houses.

Is the surgery still there?

If so, anyone have the name / contact?

I dont know but i can recommend euro dentists. Its german clinic good gear. Good doctors good price if interested i can post link later.
