Am considering buying fiber and have started eating raw carrots and cucumbers... The other day, I tried Dulcolax. Took 3 pills in the evening. 4 in the morning and soon after, the rest of the 10-pack. It was quite painful but the end result was delivered. A few weeks ago, I saw a BBC program on Youtube. Truckers were constipated. A high fiber diet helped them. But I'm ignorant as to natural sources of fiber. Thanks for any comments and suggestions!
