What is the average monthly maintenace fee for a well maintained condo complex that includes 24/7 security,swim pool,and clean lobby.In the Pattaya,Jomitien beach area.Fee would be for a condo approximately 40sqm.What ,if any, would annual taxes be-or are taxes included in the monthly fee?

I have a condo in Lalana Soi Chaiyapruk Jomtien. It is beautifully maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The maintenance fee is 10 baht per square meter. My unit is 60 square meters so it is 600 baht per month. Lalana is managed very well and they have so much money in the general fund that for the last two years we got back 2,000 baht per year.

What lobby? What taxes? Security is great and it is a gated community. The Olympic size pool is spotless as are the small excercise rooms. The tennis courts are privately owned and there is a fee to play. I don't play tennis so I don't know how much. We are a ways to the beach, probably 700 meters or so. I now rent it out but when I lived there we walked to the beach several times a week. Great excercise.
