I am using Windows 8.1. I have to add the Bangkok Bank web site to the Compatibility View Settings in Tools in order to get to the logon page. Once it is added there are no problems for me.

Works fine with Chrome and IE11. For IE11 be sure set the Bangkok Bank site to Compatibility View in IE otherwise you may not be able to logon.

I use Windows 8.1 and chrome all the time to log in with no problems. If you have a smartphone why not use the Bangkok Bank for Android, etc - works like a dream.
