Iskandar
Can't find any melatonin supplements here, so can somebody kindly share or sell a couple of tablets? Jetlag makes me so exhausted. Thank you!
terminatorchiangmai
Buy some Atarax at the Pharmacy, 1 tablet 10mg should do the trick.
Saan
Buy some Atarax at the Pharmacy, 1 tablet 10mg should do the trick. Atarax is an anti-histamine but it also a very effective sleeping tablet. If you have jetlag it will just knock you out.
CobraSnakeNecktie
I know of two pharmacies at KSK that sell Melatonin. Not cheap at 60 capsules x 3mg for 800 baht but it does the trick.

Hmm, Atarax seems to be a compromise, going to try it tonight.

Since Melatonin is in pharmacies there then good bet it's in other pharmacies around town.
tfc
It was months ago but I saw Melatonin at PharmaChoice on Moonmuang. (Looking into the old city from Tapae gate cross the road and turn left if walking).
Iskandar
Atarax did it. The best sleep inducing drug ever, a half of 25 mg tablet 6 hours of restful sleep.
Cheesekraft
Im pretty sure they don't sell melatonin here, but I get my melatonin and all other supplements from here: http://www.iherb.com?rcode=KOH299 Atarax might work, but its not at all healthy. Meltatonin is awesome for a number of reasons; besides being natural, a nice side effect is it increases glutathione production, which is great considering the amount of smoke floating around now. Melatonin also crushes jetlag and helps fix sleep rotations.
Iskandar
Atarax experience update. While it can easy induce sleep onset, it cant reajust circadian rhythm at least for me. So i bought melatonin solution in KSK named Sentinel USA made. It did the trick for real.
