Looking for a nice room for me/wife/baby would like a swimming pool to relax in. Don't want to go crazy with money though. One with some nice restaurants nearby would be good. Or even a hotel with reasonably priced food. Thanks.

Swissôtel Nai Lert Park is just down the road or Sivatel which is just across the road...

Swissôtel's got a nice oasis resort feel to it...

you could try the Novotel on Ploenchit, a short walk away and i have had very positive reports from people who have stayed there.

Ateas in Ruam rudee is nice.
