Girlfriend work in our company

My girlfriend who is Burmese national will be working in my company I Thailand, is it the same work permit rules, and B visa that applies to her as for myself? I would assume, it is not. But I do not know. I assume the many Burmese workers who works at building sites, does not have B visas, and 4 Thai employees per Burmese worker?

I ask this question in the Burmese section rather than in the regular Thai forum, as I think there would be a bigger chance of getting an answer.
