On Tuesday Morning rescue services were called to the South Pattaya Road to assist a 20 year old Hotel Worker and pedestrian who had been struck by a motorbike.

The incident occurred at the junction with Soi Khopai and resulted in a broken left arm sustained by Khun Giriyapon.

She was struck by a motorbike driven by Khun Natanipon aged 58 who was on her way to the Chaimongkol Temple, further down the South Pattaya Road when she struck the young hotel worker.

It was claimed that she ran out in front of the motorbike and there was no way the driver could avoid a collision.

The other evening I was walking along leisurely on the sidewalk on the third road when a motorbike that was travelling up behind me hit my right arm with its mirror. There is nowhere to escape these things
