You are right. Note his fawning to Prayuth saying he doesn't suspect the army chief because he is an honorable man - wai, wai, krapom, krapom.

Meanwhile, Prayuth tells reporters that Jatuporn is a man beneath contempt who is awaiting trial on terrorism charges and therefore not someone he could ever even talk to.
