tesolguru
My wife and step son were granted visas on March 10. According to an e-mail from the embassy, the visas were issued on March 11 and sent to the Rong Muang Post Office where they were supposed to be sent by EMS to our home. The post office claims they were never received and the e-mail process from the US embassy is the only way I know how to get information from the US end. Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone have any advise on how to proceed in finding out exactly where the passports are or if they have been lost? tesolguru
This issue has been resolved. For whatever reason, the embassy did not use the EMS packages we purchased, but rather used other packages with new EMS tracking numbers. Thankfully when we went to the embassy they were very helpful and looked up the info for us so we were able to track down our passports.
