Kujah
I'm new to Thailand and am looking to buy a used 4WD, ABS, automatic, petrol SUV for less than 800K baht. I was looking at the Honda CRV but I have nothing to compare it to. Can anyone recommend SUVs with good performance and klm/liter ratings? Also, that are more for the do-it-yourself and has readily available replacement parts. Thanx for your inputs Edited June 2, 2006 by Kujah
lost_in_isaan
Similar models to the CRV are the Ford Escape and the Mazda Tribute. People also seem to like the Toyota Fortuner etc. Lots of threads about those...

Would you know the average cost of car insurance? Are there a lot of fender-bender accidents and do the insurance companies readily honor their policies when clients summit their claims?
