June 3, 200620 yr american talk radio this week spoke of the fact that usa government has already put a stop to <<fieanciee visas>>anyone know if tis is really true ??? Edited June 3, 200620 yr by penzman
June 3, 200620 yr Total B.S. Still can get K-1 Visa. http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/hdifiance.htm
June 4, 200620 yr True ! Also, all Thais will have their land ownership permits revoked. Naka. Not for leaving on a K-1 Visa. Now, when she gets married and registers the marriage at the Amphur, IF she elects to change her name, then //false information removed - see post #7//.... If she elects to keep her family name, she still retains her land ownership rights.
June 4, 200620 yr Donald Rumsfeld sent me a secret message that many women receiving fiance visas are terrorists coming in to the USA with razor blades hidden in their private parts. We must prevent this scourge!
June 5, 200620 yr Post #5 is not true. A Thai can own or purchase land regardless of what there name is. The only change after marriage (and that is true if name changed or not) is that Thai must purchase alone and declare the money as there's alone. They have full ownership rights.
