The only telephone number on http://store.apple.com/th is 001-800-65-6957 And for some reason I can't access this number via my mobile, land line or Skype. Help, please! samuijimmy Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 When I called Apple/ Mac support, several months ago, I would have gotten the number off the Mac Thailand web site. It was toll free from my cell phone.... The customer service guy was in the Philippines.... but he gave me the locations and service support number, for warranty work in BKK... (cannot remember the number now, but perhaps that given above.?) The number goes into a web site that the official repair stores can access... three to choose from in BKK.... the one I used was at MBK... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
