Mekong Bob
I use SlingBox to stream USA television programs, and need a streaming rate of at least 800 Kbps to get a clear picture. Is my Internet Service Provider (3BB) controlling/throttling the stream speed? Last few mornings, I cannot get a picture at all - only 168Kbps. Tested download speed: 4.8; upload:. 87, ping: 37. Anyone else having similar problems? Is it 3BB? If I call 3BB Customer Service, what do I need from them? Last week, same problem (in morning). Problem corrected by evening time. (Last night, my streaming rate was 1284 Kbps, with a crystal clear picture!) Can someone explain what's going on, and what action I need to take? Thanks!
