Some on this board might say that 6000 per square meter is nearer but those days are long gone unless you want the worst quality materials and dreadful finish. Bear in mind that at that price you should be getting A grade branded tiles and A grade porcelain ware from the likes of Cotto or American Standard. Land is not included. 1. Security grating and screens 80,000 THB 2. Teak Kitchen 105,000 3. Tile drive way 28,000 4. elec hookup 30amps three phase 38,000 5. Electrical fixtures 30,000 6.
