stuartsko
Hi guys, hope someone could shed some light on this one for me... I always get a 6m tourist visa when I come to thailand... On my last entry they stamped my passport for 90 days instead of 60... Came on 5th march and passport stamped till 31st of May... Would I be overstaying if I stayed the full 90 days??? ubonjoe
You could be charged an overstay.if they noticed the error on departure. They consider it your responsibility to check the stamp is correct. It would be best to get it fixed. Just make a trip to immigration get it done. You could do it when you apply for the 30 day extension.
stuartsko
That's what I thought, not worth the risk when you can go to jontiem immigration for another 30 days but thought I'd ask lol Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
