Tanadul Posted April 22, 2014 Author Share Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) This is the information about price.Sale for down-payment for 400,000THB ( including 4 months Jan-April 2014 down-paying )the buyer will need to pay 24,000 THB/month for 20 months and the remaining 3,669,000 THB pay on the day transfer ownership after the building completed. It is estimated that the project will take 2 years completed and will be ready to move in around January, 2016.
