When i first moved to Australia i did not realise everything was closed on good friday,like christmas day as it was not like that in the Uk ,i had no beer,and drove around in mounting desparation trying to buy some no luck and no beer,what an awful day,it took me some time to recover from the emotional scars this left me with.

I made some hot cross buns this week.
