I know kids,15 - 17 year olds, can get a licence, for motor bikes of 110cc or less, not that I agree with it, but what I don't know is if there are any restrictions, e.g. time of day, days of the week, passengers allowed etc. Let's try and keep it on topic.

Years ago 15-17 year olds were limited to motorcycles of no more than 90cc but suppose that was raised as do not think any such m/c s are available in Thai market.

No restrictions re times of use.

Max no. of passengers is probably 5 unless a front carrier is fitted then it's 6.

Just joking max no of passengers would be determined by the manufacturer of the machine and number of seats provided, normally 2.
