They don't need to be English speaking, just located in Bangkok or the environs.

I think you might do better with a local craftsman -- they are eager for work and want endorsements. If you have examples, they could crank it out. Maybe make a die for them, wood, or have specs on a sheet with draftsman views. Look for any aluminum fabricator. The guys you are looking for might make any number of aluminum articles, and would love the challenge.

I've worked with machinists who mill aluminum parts, and some of them are excellent. But what I need is a thermoformer that does the molds for prototyping in-house, or works closely with a third party mold maker who understands the specific requirements.
