I know the artists name is Porn Pirom.

บัว = lotus

บัวตูม = budding lotus

บัวบาน = blooming lotus

Not hearing the song, me guess is that song may refer to young girl

บัวตูม can also refer to Rafflesia kerrii Meijer, a parasitic plant with enormous red flowers which stink of rotten meat and grows in the rain forests of southern Thailand.
