Does anyone have an excel or word file version of the withholding tax form that they could let me have a copy of . we are using a copy book at the moment not very professional thanks in advance

Which type of WHT are you referring to? There are various PorNorDor (PND)/ tax forms depending on what the WHT relates to.

Some of the ones you may be looking for might be here in English version. For 1,2,3,53,54 I believe they are for translation only - we always used to file the Thai versions. If you're referring to actual personal income tax returns, 90,91 the ones below can be used for filing

its the withholding tax certificate that we issue to contractors for the 3% deduction we make from there payments would be helpful to have a excel or word file so we can print our own as at the moment we use a printed copy book and hand write them

That would be either PND 3 or PND 53 depending on the contractor type.

ภ.ง.ด.3 or ภ.ง.ด. 53 in the list

The second link above ending in "...7064.0.html" will lead to the Thai forms you want.

As said they are in pdf format. But you can easily type the details into the form on your PC if you give it a try, so you can use them similar to a word doc
